Parallel, is part of the Pasture Restaurant Group, it’s an immersive experience which perfectly embodies the brand values of Pasture Restaurant Group.
The design ethos at Parallel is a homage to the open kitchen at the heart of the restaurant. This creates a stage for the art that is live fire cooking. Smoked mirrors are wrapped around the restaurant, further embodying the concept, and projecting the ‘show’ around the space.
The counter dining stools become the best seat in the house! They’re wrapped from the Shelly leather range in a fiery Flamenco orange, as this transports the guest from the Cardiff High Street to front row seats at the theatre.
It is the place to be seen, as well as the place to see the action.
