The brewery’s genesis stemmed from a casual conversation between Hayes and Slezak. They realised their mutual dissatisfaction with the status quo of mass-produced beer. Both sought to create a product that celebrated quality, flavor, and craftsmanship. Thus, Craft Beer was born, embodying their shared vision for a beer renaissance.
Simultaneously, Craft Beer’s philosophy centers on experimentation, creativity, and a deep respect for tradition. Hayes and Slezak, who hail from different brewing backgrounds, combined their expertise and knowledge to develop an array of recipes that captivate the senses. Each brew is meticulously crafted, blending traditional methods with modern techniques to yield unparalleled flavors and aromas.
Moreover, the duo’s dedication to excellence extends to the aesthetic of their brewery. With a nod to nostalgia and a contemporary twist, the pair selected colors from the Crest Stella range to infuse their brand with a retro-modern vibe.
