Chelsea Crescent, situated within the prestigious Chelsea Harbour Estate, is a respected residential complex known for its elegance and exclusivity. The recent redesign focused on enhancing the arrival area to make it both visually striking and welcoming. The goal was to design warm, inviting communal spaces that seamlessly blend comfort and sophistication. These areas were thoughtfully crafted to encourage residents to gather, connect, and build a sense of community. Whether hosting guests, working on projects, or even simply unwinding after a long day. This spaces provide a stylish and functional environment tailored to diverse needs.
To achieve this, the designers implemented a strategic approach by opening up the reception area towards the rear of the building. This design choice maximises natural light, infusing the space with a bright and airy feel while forging a strong connection with the estate’s picturesque riverside gardens. The seamless integration with the outdoor environment helps create a serene atmosphere that enhances the overall experience for residents.
In terms of materials, Old English Bruciato was selected for the padded seating, this offers a classic and luxurious touch to the whole Chelsea Crescent project. This rich material adds a layer of sophistication and comfort. The combination of this high-quality material ensures that the arrival area is not only aesthetically pleasing. Its cozy and functional, providing an exceptional setting for residents to enjoy.
